DESCRIPTION:Special Chanting of Blessings for the Deceased \n  \nIn light of the coronavirus outbreak\, to protect the well-being and safety of everyone\, Palpung Thubten Chöling Monastery remains closed to the public. \n  \nFor the next four Sundays through Feb 21\, the sangha of PTC will perform the Jangchok ritual for purifying and liberating the deceased. This ceremony is known to bestow great blessings on the deceased\, no matter how long ago they may have passed. \nThe chanting is being offered remotely on Zoom; please email Lama Lhadrun for the link. \n  \nThe schedule is as follows: \nJanuary 31\,2021 (10:00 AM)\n \nFebruary 7\, 2021 (10:00 AM) \nFebruary 14\, 2021 (10:00 AM) \nFebruary 21\, 2021 (1:30 PM) \n\nSubmitting names of the deceased for blessing:\n \nYou are welcome to submit names of the deceased to be blessed during the ceremonies. You may email your names of deceased friends and relatives by Thursday each week for a suggested offering of $25\, or whatever you can give. \nEmail names to be blessed to: lhadrun@kagyu.com \nYou may make your donations on-line or simply mail your tax-deductible contribution to: \nPalpung Thubten Chöling\nAttn: Office\n245 Sheafe Road\, Wappingers Falls\, NY 12590. \nPlease make checks payable to Palpung Thubten Choling or PTC.
