DESCRIPTION:In light of concerns about the coronavirus outbreak\, to protect the well-being and safety of everyone\, Palpung Thubten Chöling Monastery remains closed to the public. \n  \nAs we embark upon the New Year of the Iron Ox\, for our March discussion we’ll discuss how to keep our daily practice fresh and vital and maintain momentum on the path. How do we set up a consistent routine\, and when do we adapt it to changing circumstances? Does practice look the same for everyone? How do we deal with the challenges we encounter? What is the role of retreat in our practice arc\, and how to design a home retreat day? Lama Chodron and Lama Jamdron will lead the discussion\, and we look forward to hearing what works and doesn’t for others.
