SUMMARY:Guided Meditation on the Practices of Calm Abiding and Insight Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a guided meditation session led by Lama Lekshe Dorje   The session is being held in the Mahayana shrine room and will include meditation instructions and time for questions about the practice. \nLama Lekshe Dorje\, a resident of PTC\, has completed two cycles of the three-year retreat. \nThese teaching sessions are being offered in person and on Zoom. If you would like to participate remotely\, please use our online event registration form. \nThe teachings are free–donations are welcome. \n  \nPlease do not visit the monastery if you feel unwell and/or have a fever. \nWe urge all program participants to take precautions against the ongoing risk of COVID through protection such as wearing a mask and washing hands. \nMasks and hand sanitizer will be available at all entryways. \nMany thanks to all of you for your support in keeping this event as safe as possible! \n
