Written by the great master Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye\, this text is a powerful supplication to invoke the blessings of the lama and the great masters of all four Tibetan Buddhist lineages. \nLama Norlha Rinpoche In Memoriam 1938 – 2018 \n  \nFor those who wish to sponsor the chanting\, donations can be made towards meals\, fire offering ceremonies\, or the tea served during the chanting. General contributions towards these special practices are also welcome. Be sure to include a prayer with your donation which will be read aloud to the assembly. \nIt is customary to make “changbu” (squeezing a small slice of bread in your left hand\, leaving imprints) to place in the Chiblu box. You may mail a changbu\, along with pieces of fingernails\, stands of hair and loose change to be placed inside the Chiblu box. SUMMARY:Three-Day Celebration of the 70th Birthday of Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a three-day celebration of the 70th birthday of Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa. \nThis event is also being offered on Zoom. If you would like to participate\, please click here. \nPlease do not visit the monastery if you feel unwell and/or have a fever.  We look forward to your visit when you feel better.  \n  \n \n  \nThe PTC sangha will be chanting a special longevity practice\, Tsedrup Sangdu\, dedicated to the long life and good health of our precious Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa\, for his Dharma activity and removal of all obstacles. This sadhana is a terma (hidden teaching) revealed by the great Tertön (treasure revealer) Ratna Lingpa. \nThe schedule is as follows: \nFebruary 24 (Friday) \n8:00 am | Amitayus (Tsedrup Sangdu) long life practice\n12:00 pm | Lunch\n1:30 pm | Amitayus (Tsedrup Sangdu) long life practice \nFebruary 25 (Saturday) \n8:00 am | Amitayus (Tsedrup Sangdu) long life practice\n12:00 pm | Lunch\n1:30 pm | Amitayus (Tsedrup Sangdu) long life practice \nFebruary 26 (Sunday) \n6:00 am | Amitayus (Tsedrup Sangdu) long life practice\n9:30 am | Commencement of Birthday Celebration\nPrayers for long life and auspicious conditions\, including the prayer to the Sixteen Arhats.
