We are pleased to announce that Lama Norgyal will teach and lead a shamatha meditation and Chenrezig practice retreat the first weekend of October (beginning Friday evening, September 30). It will include meditation and visualization instruction by Lama Norgyal; group practice sessions and Q&A; and opportunities to chant Chenrezig, Green Tara, and Medicine Buddha together. This retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. There are no prerequisites.
