Eligibility Requirements for Level 2:
● Having attended DBW Level 1 in person
● Or, Having completed the Joy of Living 1 program via Tergar
● Or, Attending the Mahamudra Transmission by Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa
Message Regarding Accommodations
We appreciate everyone’s interest in the upcoming Discovering the Buddha Within Level 2 program scheduled for August 19-23, 2026. We very much hope you can join us for this event, the second year of Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa’s three-year curriculum, to be taught by His Eminence Chungpo Gyalton Rinpoche.
Since we will not know until much closer to the event what accommodations will be available at the monastery, we strongly recommend that everyone who plans to attend the DBW program at PTC act now to book cancellable hotel or vacation rental accommodations, because by spring it may be difficult to find them in the Poughkeepsie-Wappingers Falls-Fishkill area. You may even consider connecting with other sangha members to share accommodations and costs. And remember to make them cancellable!
