Please join us in chanting the practice of Chenrezig, the deity who embodies the compassion of all Buddhas, and the short practice of Green Tara, often referred to as “The Mother of Liberation,” and known for her swift activity in dispelling fears, obstacles and illness. These two liturgies are said to be both simple and prfound practices with a strong connection to each other.
Lama Norgyal will lead us in this wonderful afternoon of comfortably paced chanting and meditation.
You may also view this practice remotely. The chanting texts will be screenshared. To join us via ZOOM, please click here.
