At the request of affiliated center Palpung Shenpen Tharchin, Lama Norgyal will be teaching in Richmond, Virginia, Saturday and Sunday, October 29-30. This will be a hybrid event, with both in-person attendance in Richmond and livestreaming through Zoom. All are welcome to join the Richmond sangha for any or all of the teachings.

October 30, Sunday:
11:00 am – 12:15 pm | Meditation Instruction and Practice
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm | Foundations of Buddhist Practice (includes opportunity to formally take refuge)
